Shipping Locations

We are based in British Columbia, Canada, and offer international shipping! We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to reach out to us to inquire about shipping options.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Orders are only processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Below are the general delivery timelines:

For Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

For the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

For International Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-21 business days (depending on the destination)
  • Express Shipping: 5-10 business days (depending on the destination)

Note: Shipping times are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors such as weather, customs processing, or high demand during sales events or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted couriers like Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website. If you have any issues tracking your package, feel free to contact us at contact@highvibessupply.com

Customs & Duties

For international shipments, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may be applied depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on any additional fees that may apply.

US customers - We use Canada Post DDP for seamless delivery - all duties and taxes are included in the product price you see. No extra fees on arrival.

High Vibes Supply is based in Canada.

US customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that international return shipping to Canada can be expensive depending on the carrier used.

We strongly recommend reviewing product specifications and compatibility details before purchasing. If you’re unsure about fit or drone compatibility, please contact us prior to ordering, we’re happy to help.

All returned items must be unused and in original condition.

UK customers - are responsible for any VAT and handling fees charged by Royal Mail on delivery (estimated 20% + £8 for orders under £135). We recommend checking gov.uk for details.

Australian customers:

All Australian orders are final sale unless the item is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 15 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

High Vibes Supply is not responsible for delays or customs fees in Australia.

Order Issues

If there are any issues with your order, such as delays, damaged goods, or incorrect items, please contact us at contact@highvibessupply.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

HIGH VIBES SUPPLY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you realize there is an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at contact@highvibessupply.com.
